The actor who plays Arlong in the Netflix live-action adaptation of One Piece is McKinley Belcher III.
McKinley Belcher III portrays Arlong as a threatening and intimidating character, with special effects makeup helping to replicate Arlong’s distinctive fish-man appearance. Although Arlong is canonically very tall in the anime and manga, Belcher is shorter but compensates through his performance to maintain Arlong's imposing presence.
In the English dub of the original One Piece anime, Arlong is voiced by Chris Rager. However, for the live-action series, it is McKinley Belcher III in the role.
