Jason Blossom was killed by his own father, Clifford Blossom. Clifford shot Jason in the head in the basement of the White Wyrm bar after Jason threatened to expose the family's drug business and planned to run away with his pregnant girlfriend, Polly Cooper. Clifford killed Jason to protect his drug empire and prevent Jason from revealing the truth to Hiram Lodge. FP Jones was involved in cleaning up the crime scene but was not the killer.
