Hilaria Baldwin, born Hillary Lynn Hayward-Thomas on January 6, 1984, is an American yoga instructor, entrepreneur, podcaster, and author. She co-founded a chain of New York-based yoga studios called Yoga Vida and has released an exercise DVD and a wellness-focused book. Hilaria is married to actor Alec Baldwin since 2012, and they have seven children together. She has a background of English, French-Canadian, German, Irish, and Slovak descent and was raised in a Spanish-speaking household, traveling frequently to Spain, where her family now lives. Aside from her yoga career, she has worked as a lifestyle correspondent and is the focus of the TLC reality show "The Baldwins" with her husband and children. Hilaria has also been open about her struggles with anorexia and bulimia in her youth and is known as a healthy lifestyle advocate.
