Generation Z, also known as Gen Z or Zoomers, is generally defined as the group of people born between 1997 and 2012. As of 2025, their age range is roughly between 13 and 28 years old. This generation follows Millennials (born 1981-1996) and precedes Generation Alpha (born 2013 onwards). Gen Z includes adolescents, teens, and young adults who have grown up with digital technology and social media as part of their daily lives.
