The following teams have been officially eliminated from the 2025 NFL playoff race:

- New Orleans Saints
- Tennessee Titans
- Las Vegas Raiders
- Washington Commanders
- Atlanta Falcons
- New York Jets
- Cleveland Browns
- Cincinnati Bengals
- Kansas City Chiefs
Status and timing notes
Most national outlets list nine teams eliminated heading into Week 15, but updated playoff-tracking sites also mark the Bengals and Chiefs as mathematically out after recent results. The Giants were the first team eliminated back in Week 12, with others dropping out in subsequent weeks as losses and tiebreakers piled up.
