Martin in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion is initially found as a priest in the Chapel of Akatosh in the city of Kvatch. However, after the Oblivion gate opens and the city is overrun by Daedra, Martin is no longer in the chapel itself. Instead, he can be found at the refugee camp just outside of Kvatch, where survivors have gathered following the attack
. To find Martin:
- Travel to Kvatch and assist in closing the Oblivion gate during the "Breaking the Siege of Kvatch" quest.
- After the gate is closed and the city is reclaimed, Martin will be located at the refugee camp outside the city, not inside the chapel.
- You can fast travel to the Kvatch location on the map and then follow the path to the camp where Martin is waiting
This relocation of Martin to the camp happens if you do not speak to him in the chapel before the siege or if you finish the siege quest without interacting with him there. The camp is the new safe area for Martin and other survivors after the attack
