Conditional formatting in Excel is found on the Home tab of the ribbon, within the Styles group. To access it:
- Go to the Home tab.
- Click on Conditional Formatting in the Styles group.
- From the dropdown menu, you can choose preset rules like "Highlight Cells Rules," "Top/Bottom Rules," "Color Scales," and more.
- To create a custom rule, select New Rule , then choose options such as using a formula to determine which cells to format
