Karoline Leavitt attended Saint Anselm College, a private Catholic liberal arts college in New Hampshire. She received a softball scholarship and studied politics and communication, graduating in 2019 with a bachelor's degree in communications and politics
. During her time at Saint Anselm, she founded the college's first broadcasting club, wrote for the student newspaper, and interned at Fox News and WMUR-TV
