Most people find blood donation sites by using their zip code or city in a locator provided by major blood organizations. Because location services are disabled here, the fastest way is for you to use one of those locators directly.
How to find a nearby center
- Go to the American Red Cross blood donation locator page and enter your zip code or city to see local donor centers and mobile drives. This will show addresses, hours, and let you book an appointment online.
- Use the “Find a blood center” tool from America’s Blood Centers, where you type in your zip code to see independent community blood centers near you and then schedule a visit.
Other options
- Many hospital systems and university medical centers have their own blood or platelet centers listed under “Donate blood” on their websites; searching “[your city] blood donation” will usually surface these first.
- Plasma centers (for example, CSL Plasma and similar networks) also have “find a center” tools where you enter your city or zip, if you are specifically interested in plasma donation.
