Stranger Things Season 5 will be released in 2025 in three parts:
- Volume 1 (first four episodes) will premiere on November 26, 2025
- Volume 2 (three episodes) will be released on Christmas Day, December 25, 2025
- The season finale episode will air on New Year's Eve, December 31, 2025
All episodes in each volume will be available simultaneously worldwide, typically around 5 p.m. PT on their release days. This final season will have eight episodes in total and will continue the story in the fall of 1987 with the characters confronting Vecna and facing new threats in Hawkins under military quarantine.
