Diane Keaton was last seen in public in August 2024 in Brentwood, California, where she was spotted shopping and appeared to be in good spirits. She wore her signature menswear style during this rare public outing. Prior to this, she also made a public appearance at the 2023 U.S. Open Tennis Championships in New York City. These were some of her final public appearances before her death in October 2025 at age 79.
