when do love island episodes drop

New episodes of Love Island USA Season 7 drop six days a week, every day except Wednesdays. Episodes are released at 6 p.m. Pacific Time / 9 p.m. Eastern Time. Specifically, new episodes come out on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with no episode on Wednesdays. Additionally, Saturdays feature a special after-show episode called Love Island Aftersun. This schedule has been in place since the season premiere on June 3, 2025.
