In the United States generally, the peak season is from March through May, with some smaller batches appearing in October. In other regions, like Australia, the season runs from April to November, peaking from August to October. Hence, the primary artichoke seasons where their flavor and availability are at their best are spring (March to June) and fall (September to October) depending on the region.
