what year are millennials born

Millennials are individuals born between 1981 and 1996, which means they are currently between 27 and 42 years old in 2023. The Pew Research Center, which has been studying the Millennial generation for over a decade, decided to use 1996 as the last birth year for Millennials for their future work. Anyone born from 1997 onward is part of a new generation, known as Generation Z.
