PrizePicks is a daily fantasy sports (DFS) platform that allows participants to take advantage of their player projections across the United States and Canada. PrizePicks is currently available in 30 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and all Canadian provinces except Ontario. The following are PrizePicks legal states for those who are 19 or older: Arkansas, Alabama, Alaska, California, Colorado (*lineups must contain at least four players), Washington D.C., Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Wisconsin, and West Virginia. PrizePicks is also legal in the states of Arizona and Massachusetts but only for those who are 21 and older. However, DFS is currently illegal in ID, HI, NV, MT, and WA, and single-player fantasy is currently outlawed in MD, OH, and WV. It is important to note that state and regional legislation currently restricts PrizePicks from operating outside the areas listed above, and PrizePicks cannot be accessed from federally designated tribal lands, even within states where PrizePicks is otherwise available.
