Samsung Pass is an app that uses biometric authentication, such as fingerprint recognition, to log into apps and websites on Samsung Galaxy phones and tablets. It is a password manager that saves login information from websites and social media platforms, allowing users to access those services later without manually entering the details. Samsung Pass encrypts biometric information and stores it in the Trust Zone, the most secure space in Samsung phones, to keep it safe. To use Samsung Pass, users must have a compatible Samsung smartphone, a Samsung account, a compatible biometric authentication system, and an internet connection. Users can access and use Samsung Pass on up to 5 mobile devices by syncing their Samsung account. Samsung Pass can be accessed in the Settings menu under Biometrics and security. Once set up, users can log in to websites and apps using Samsung Pass instead of entering a password every time. Samsung Pass only works with Samsung Internet and other supported apps.
