A Probationary Engineer is a position offered by Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) for engineering graduates who join the company. It is an entry-level position where the selected engineers are involved in the design, development, testing, and implementation of engineering projects related to defense. To be eligible for the position, candidates must have a first-class degree in B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc Engineering from AICTE approved Colleges. The maximum age limit for unreserved candidates as on the crucial date 01.09.2023 will be 25 years for the post of Probationary Engineer.
