The International Teachers Olympiad is an annual competition that assesses the pedagogy competencies of teachers from around the world. The Olympiad is organized by Suraasa, a platform for teacher upskilling and growth. Teachers can register for the Olympiad and attempt it to get actionable insights on their teaching skills, along with a CPD plan and upskilling resources curated by Suraasa. The Olympiad consists of 50 multiple-choice questions that must be answered in 60 minutes. The questions cover various pedagogy areas, and each masterclass covers one of these areas. The Olympiad is an opportunity for teachers to learn best practices globally and apply them in their classrooms. It is not a performance review, and teachers individual reports are not shared with their schools to protect their choice and ensure that schools get accurate insights. The Olympiad is recommended by education professionals and teachers from around the world.
