Zoe is shown as much more cheerful and braver than her companions, embracing her powers with pride and fighting fiercely against their adversaries. Thus, Victoria Neuman died in "The Boys" season 4, killed by Butcher, but her daughter Zoe continues to be a prominent character in the expanded universe within "Gen V".
