The coroner found no bruises, fractures, or injuries consistent with an attack. However, Reed's family disputed the official findings, alleging injuries like a broken leg. They are seeking an independent autopsy and further investigation to clarify the circumstances of his death. Civil rights attorney Ben Crump has also become involved to ensure transparency in the case.
