The New Zealand general election will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023. Voting will start on Monday, October 2, 2023, and will close at 7 pm on election day. On election day, all voting places will be open from 9 am to 7 pm. Enrolled voters can vote overseas from Wednesday, September 27, 2023, until 7 pm on election day, Saturday, October 14, 2023, NZ time. If you are enrolling for the first time, you can still choose to switch between the Māori roll and the general roll after July 13, 2023.
