Gardner Minshew attended multiple colleges throughout his football career. He began at Northwest Mississippi Community College, where he played college football with the Rangers in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) . After that, he transferred to East Carolina University in 2016, where he played in seven games with two starts at QB for the Pirates. Minshew finished the year with 2,140 yards passing and 16 touchdowns for the Pirates, and received his bachelors degree in December 2017. In the fall of 2018, Minshew enrolled as a graduate student at Washington State, where he ended up leading the FBS in passing yards and completions per game in 2018. He graduated from East Carolina at the end of 2017 with a degree in communications. Therefore, Gardner Minshew went to Northwest Mississippi Community College, East Carolina University, and Washington State University for college football.
