The University of South Florida (USF) uses an online Applicant Portal where you can apply and check your admission status. The exact link depends on whether you are a freshman/undergrad or another applicant type.

Visit the main Office of Admissions page and follow the links labeled “Apply” or “Check Application Status” to reach the Applicant Portal. This page also explains next steps by applicant type (freshman, transfer, graduate, international, etc.).
Freshman applicant portal
If you applied as a freshman, use the “Check Your Application Status” or “Applicant Portal” link on the freshmen next-steps page. There you log in with the credentials sent to the email address you used on your application to view your checklist and decision.
If you cannot find or access it
If you cannot locate your portal link or login details, use the contact information on the Office of Admissions page (phone or email) and ask for help accessing the USF Applicant Portal. Admissions can resend your portal invitation email or help you reset your password.
