Wular Lake is located in the Bandipore district in the Indian Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. It is one of the largest freshwater lakes in India and Asia, fed by the Jhelum River, and lies north-northwest of Srinagar at the foothills of the Haramuk Mountain.
