To track an Amazon package, you need to follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Amazon account.
- Go to the "Your Orders" page either on the Amazon website or the Amazon mobile app.
- Locate the order you want to track.
- Click or tap on the "Track Package" button next to that order.
- This will show you real-time updates about the location and estimated delivery date of your package.
If you have the Amazon app, you can also tap the person icon and then go to "Your Orders" to see your packages. For packages delivered by Amazon Logistics (tracking numbers starting with "TBA"), tracking is only available through Amazon's platform. If you do not have a tracking number but have the order number, you can still track your package through the Amazon "Your Orders" section. Tracking info for USPS and other common couriers can also be found via "Track Package," and Amazon provides updates as the parcel moves through different locations. Since April 2021, Amazon requires users to be signed in to track packages for security reasons. These methods work both on desktop browsers and mobile devices using the app or mobile web browsers.
