To see posted reels on Instagram, follow these steps:

- Scroll through the reels to watch any that interest you.

For your own posted reels, you can see them in the "Reels" tab on your profile. To see when a reel was posted, you can look at the post view of the reel on the user's profile, as the date is shown there, though not the exact time.
