To restrict someone on Facebook, follow these steps depending on your device: On Mobile (iPhone or Android):
- Open the Facebook app and log in.
- Tap the menu (three horizontal lines) and select "Friends."
- Tap "Your Friends" to see the list of friends.
- Find and select the friend you want to restrict.
- Tap the "Friends" button on their profile.
- Choose "Edit Friend List."
- Select "Restricted" and then tap "Done" to confirm.
This will limit that person to only seeing your public posts and profile information, without unfriending or blocking them
. On Desktop:
- Log in to Facebook.com.
- Click on the "Friends" tab.

- People on your Restricted list remain your Facebook friends but only see content you share publicly.
