To measure the bust accurately, follow these steps:
- Stand straight with arms relaxed at your sides.
- Use a soft measuring tape.
- Measure around the fullest part of the bust, usually over the nipples, making sure the tape is level around your back and not too tight or too loose.
- Keep the tape snug but comfortable, ensuring it is straight and parallel to the floor.
- Record this measurement as your bust size.
If measuring for a bra size, you will also need to measure the underbust (around the ribcage under the breasts) and use the difference between bust and underbust to determine cup size. This method gives an accurate bust measurement to guide clothing or bra size selection.
