How to Make a Facebook Post Shareable
For a new post:
- When creating a post, look for the audience selector below your name (it might say "Friends," "Only me," or another setting).
- Click or tap on it and select "Public."
- Finish your post and share it. Now anyone can view and share your post
For an existing post:
- Find the post you want to make shareable.
- Click or tap the three dots (ellipsis) in the upper right corner of the post.
- Select "Edit audience" or "Edit privacy."

- Posts on Facebook Pages are automatically public and shareable by default
