To create a group text on an iPhone, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Messages app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the compose icon (a pencil or new message icon) in the upper-right corner.
  3. In the "To:" field, type the names or phone numbers of the contacts you want to include in the group. You can add multiple recipients here.
  4. Once all recipients are added, type your message in the text field below.
  5. Tap the Send button to start the group conversation.

After creating the group text, you can customize it by adding a group name and image:

  • Tap the group icons at the top of the conversation.
  • Select Change Name and Photo.
  • Enter a group name and choose an image by taking a photo, selecting one from your camera roll, using an emoji, or creating an icon with initials.
  • Tap Done to save the changes. All members of the group will see the updated name and image

Note:

  • To send group MMS messages, ensure MMS Messaging is enabled by going to Settings > Messages and turning on MMS Messaging.
  • Group chats work best when all members use iMessage (blue bubbles). If some use SMS/MMS (green bubbles), some group features like naming the group may not be available

This process lets you easily communicate with multiple people at once on your iPhone.
