To archive your Amazon orders and hide them from your main order history, follow these steps:

How to Archive Amazon Orders

On Desktop:

  1. Log in to your Amazon account on the Amazon website.
  2. Hover over or click on Account & Lists, then select Orders.
  3. Find the order you want to archive.
  4. Underneath the order details, click the Archive order button located in the lower-left corner of the order box.
  5. Confirm by clicking Archive order in the pop-up window.
  6. The order will be removed from your main order history and moved to your archived orders

On Mobile:

  • Archiving orders is not directly available in the Amazon app.
  • Instead, open a web browser on your mobile device.
  • Request the desktop version of the Amazon website (e.g., in Safari, tap the "aA" icon in the URL bar and select "Request Desktop Website").
  • Log in, go to your orders, and follow the desktop steps to archive orders

How to View Archived Orders

  • On the Amazon website, go to Account & Lists > Orders.
  • Use the drop-down menu (usually above the order list) and select Archived Orders to see all archived purchases

Additional Notes

  • You can archive up to about 500 orders.
  • Archiving only hides orders from the default order history view; archived orders are still accessible.
  • If needed, you can unarchive orders by going to the archived orders page and selecting the unarchive option
  • You cannot delete orders permanently from Amazon.
  • To increase privacy, you can also clear or hide your browsing history on Amazon

This process is useful for hiding gift purchases or decluttering your order history while keeping records accessible if needed.
