Rapper Blueface (real name Johnathan Porter) was sentenced to four years in prison in August 2024 for violating his probation related to a 2021 assault of a security guard at a lounge in Los Angeles. He had received one year credit for time already served, which brought his remaining sentence closer to three years. Blueface must serve at least 33% of his sentence to be eligible for release, with an estimated release around March or April 2025. He has been in custody since January 2024 and was transferred to North Kern State Prison after being in Men's Central Jail in LA. While serving his sentence, he has been reportedly passing time watching TV and working out, significantly gaining muscle.
