To take a screenshot, the method depends on your device: On Windows:
- Use the Snipping Tool: Open it, select a mode (Rectangle, Window, Full screen, or Freeform), then click "New" and select the area to capture. You can annotate or edit the screenshot afterward
- Keyboard shortcut: Press Windows + Shift + S, then drag to select the area to capture; the screenshot is copied to the clipboard
On Android:
- Press the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for 1–2 seconds
- On Samsung devices, you can also swipe the edge of your hand across the screen or use the S Pen's Screen write feature
On iPhone/iPad:
- For devices without a Home button: Press the Side button and Volume Up button simultaneously
- For devices with a Home button: Press the Sleep/Wake button and Home button together
On Mac:
- Capture entire screen: Press Shift + Command + 3
- Capture a portion: Press Shift + Command + 4, then drag to select area
- Capture a window: Press Shift + Command + 4, then Spacebar, then click the window
