To delete stickers on an iPhone, follow these steps:
- Open the Messages app and go into any conversation.
- Tap the plus (+) icon on the left side of the screen.
- Select the "Stickers" option to open your sticker gallery.
- Make sure you are in the "Live" tab (which looks like a peeling sticker), not the "Recent" tab.
- Long press (touch and hold) the sticker you want to delete until a menu or animation appears.
- Tap "Delete" or "Remove" from the options that show up to permanently delete the sticker from your collection.
- Repeat for any other stickers you want to remove.
You can also delete multiple stickers at once by long pressing a sticker and choosing "Rearrange," which allows you to tap a delete (⊖) button for each sticker you want to erase
. If you want to remove stickers from the emoji keyboard, open the emoji keyboard, go to the "Live" tab, long press the sticker, and select "Delete"
. For stickers added by third-party apps, you can hide or remove the entire sticker pack by deleting the associated app or hiding the pack in the Messages app
. If the remove option does not appear, ensure your iPhone is updated to iOS 17.1 or later and try restarting your device
