YouTuber Desmond "Etika" Amofah died by suicide. His body was found in New York's East River near the South Street Seaport on June 24, 2019, after he had been missing since June 19. The New York City Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined that the cause of death was drowning and the manner was suicide.
