In Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you earn Festival Tokens during the Festival portion of the game, and you can collect up to three tokens. These tokens can be spent at three different vendors in the festival to get unique rewards:
- Give a token to Tom (left booth) to receive a Weird Pictos, which is a key item that can later be upgraded to the Augmented Aim Pictos.
- Give a token to Amandine (middle booth) to acquire a Bun Haircut for the character Gustave.
- Give a token to Colette (right booth) to obtain an Old Key, which is used to unlock a gate in Old Lumière for a journal entry.
Additionally, if you keep at least one Festival Token in your inventory throughout the entire game and enter New Game+, you can exchange a token at the Boulangerie Bakery during the prologue for a Baguette weapon for your active character. Since you can only get three tokens total, you will need multiple playthroughs to collect all rewards if you want everything. Choosing to take all three tokens means you cannot get all Expedition Journals because the Old Key is required for one journal. Therefore, what you should spend your tokens on depends on your priorities, but the recommended approach is to collect and spend all three tokens to get the Weird Pictos, Bun Haircut, and Old Key for useful items and upgrades
