The Canadian International Air Show (CIAS) is an annual aerial event held in Toronto, Ontario, typically over the Labor Day weekend. The 2025 edition, marking its 76th year, will take place from August 30 to September 1, daily from 12:00 PM to 3:40 PM. The show features breathtaking performances by the Canadian Forces Snowbirds, the Royal Canadian Air Force CF-18 Hornet, the Northern Stars, and other aerial performers, set against the backdrop of Lake Ontario and the Toronto skyline. It is North America's longest-running air show and attracts hundreds of thousands of spectators. In addition to flying displays, the event also includes festive activities suitable for families. Admission for watching the show along Toronto's waterfront is free, though some viewing areas like Exhibition Place require entry tickets to the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE), with which the air show is affiliated. The event offers a celebration of aviation heritage and honors the armed forces.
