You can see who views your Facebook story, but with some limitations depending on your story's privacy settings.
- If your story is set to Friends only , you can see the names of all your friends who viewed your story by opening the story and tapping the "Viewers" icon or swiping up on the story. This will show a list of everyone who has seen it within 24 hours
- If your story is set to Public , you will see the names of friends and followers who viewed your story, but for people who are not your friends or followers, Facebook only shows a count labeled as "Others" without revealing their names. So, you cannot see exactly who these non-friend viewers are
- Additionally, if someone who viewed your story has blocked you, their view might also appear under "Others," making it impossible to identify them by name
- To check your story viewers:
- Open your Facebook app.
- Tap your story at the top of the News Feed.
- Tap the "Viewers" icon or swipe up on the story.
- You will see a list of viewers (friends and followers), and at the bottom, a count of "Others" if there are non-friend viewers
- You can manage who sees your story by adjusting privacy settings to Public, Friends, or Custom through the story's privacy options or Facebook settings
In summary, you can see who viewed your Facebook story if they are your friends or followers, but not the names of non-friend viewers when your story is public; they appear only as "Others"
