Revolt is now owned primarily by its employees. Sean "Diddy" Combs, the founder, has fully sold his majority stake, and the company has transitioned to an employee-owned structure with the largest pool of equity held by current employees. There is no single majority owner, and a board of directors oversees the company. This new ownership model aims to ensure that those driving the company's growth also benefit from its success, while keeping Revolt Black-owned and operated.
