The Europa League group stage (league phase) draw for the 2025/26 season is scheduled to take place on Friday, August 29, 2025. The draw will occur after the Champions League draw and will feature 36 teams divided into four pots based on UEFA club coefficients. The draw will be conducted in a digital and automated format to assign opponents and home/away matches at once. The full match schedule will be released by Sunday, August 31, 2025. The draw ceremony will be held in Monaco and will start around midday BST (12:00) or 13:00 CET approximately, similar to prior years. This new format replaces the traditional group stage with a league phase where each team plays eight matches against different opponents.
